Hi, I have a doubt in fpml 5.2 credit swaps Novation. We have a mandatory field called ‘transferee’. 1. Will transferor be always the same as sellerPartyReference? 2. Will transferee be the same as buyerPartyReference? Please clarify. Thank you in advance.
