Hi, 1) How should one populate ‘rateSourcePage'(http://www.schemacentral.com/sc/fpmlconf/e-fpml_rateSourcePage-1.html) under the ‘primaryRateSource’ of an ‘fxSpotRate’ ? 2) Does ISDA publish an enumeration or a ‘rateSourcePageScheme’ ? Could some one please point me to the same ?
