in validation test ‘invalid-cd-21-01’ there is a remark stating: “Added bogus cash settlement terms (illegal in short form)” and ‘cashSettlementTerms’ appears empty: however – this is not implied from the rule itself, which relates only to the presense of (some of) ‘cashSettlementTerms’ children. so – is empty ‘cashSettlementTerms’ allowed or not (given the conditions for rule cd-21 are true)? thank you Dafna
